He applies that operational depth to secure, accessible AI systems for small businesses, financial institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Echo’s background combines AI risk management, governance, financial-sector controls, and high-stakes operational decision-making. Her work focuses on building natural control activities directly into AI systems so transparency, compliance, and ethical alignment are part of the architecture—not an afterthought. She also advances practical AI literacy through hands-on community education in Idaho.
